ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES Neighborhood & Quiet Hours This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We operate in compliance with San Diego municipal regulations, and respect for our neighbors is mandatory. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • No loud music, yelling, or disruptive noise after 10:00 PM • No parties, events, or gatherings • All outdoor activity must move indoors at 10:00 PM • Windows and doors must remain closed if indoor noise can be heard outside after 10:00 PM • Guests must be mindful of noise when arriving or departing late at night Excessive or disturbing noise in violation of San Diego Municipal Code may result in police response and fines. Any city-issued fines resulting from guest activity are the responsibility of the booking guest. Occupancy & Visitors This booking is for private use of the home by the number of registered guests confirmed at the time of booking. • No unregistered guests are permitted on the property without prior approval • No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed Unauthorized events or additional guests may result in the following charges: • $750 unauthorized event fee per day • $200 per unregistered guest • Any city or police fines assessed as a result of guest activity Exterior security cameras monitor designated exterior areas, including entry points and the driveway, for property security and guest-count verification. There are no interior cameras. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of the stay without refund, as permitted by the rental agreement and applicable law. Age Requirement The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present at the property for the duration of the stay. Smoking No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking or vaping may result in a $500 additional cleaning fee. Property Care • No open-flame candles inside or outside • No confetti or glitter indoors or outdoors, especially near the pool • Do not move furniture from its original location • No wearing shoes inside the home • Bath and pool towels may not be taken to the beach. Beach towels are provided Any excessive cleaning required beyond a standard turnover may result in an additional $200 cleaning charge. Pool & Spa The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced on a regular schedule. Because the pool is outdoors, leaves, vegetation, insects, and other natural debris may accumulate between professional service visits. For routine maintenance between service visits, the property is equipped with an automatic pool vacuum, a long-handled pool skimmer/net, and a pool brush. Guests are welcome to use the skimmer or brush as needed during their stay. The automatic pool vacuum should remain connected when the pool is not in use so it can help clean the bottom and sides of the pool. It may be temporarily removed while swimming but must be properly reconnected afterward. Please keep the hot tub covered when not in use and follow the posted hot tub care instructions during your stay. Improper use that requires draining, additional cleaning, treatment, or replacement of the hot tub water may result in a $200 additional cleaning and service charge. Pool heating is optional and available for an additional seasonal fee when requested in advance. Pool and hot tub use is subject to the additional safety requirements contained in the rental agreement and guest guide. Guests are responsible for the safe use of these amenities. Illegal Activity Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the stay and notification of the appropriate authorities.
